The request form sends nothing
The measure-and-quote request works in your browser only. When you press Send, nothing leaves your device: no message is sent, nothing is stored, and no visit is booked. The form is cleared once the demo message shows.
Without JavaScript the form still works as a demonstration. Your choices of blind, window count and visit time can appear in the page address; your postcode, name, contact details and note never do.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There are no embedded maps, videos or social feeds, so no other company is contacted while you browse.
Calls, emails and social links
The phone number shown, 0161 496 0452, is from a range set aside for drama and examples, and the email address uses a reserved example domain. Pressing call, email or a social link opens a short note instead of contacting anyone.
Hosting
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider, whose servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run and protect the service. The site adds nothing to them.
A real Sillwright site
A real business site would explain who handles your request, why, how long it is kept and how to ask for a copy or for it to be deleted, and would name the business as the data controller.
Measured in your home, fitted in one visit
